Bäcker/in (m/w/d) für unsere Bio-Hofbackstube auf dem Johannshof in Großefehn-Fiebing gesucht

Unsere Bäckerin geht nach vielen Jahren bei uns in den Ruhestand – und nun suchen wir jemanden, der unsere kleine Bio-Hofbackstube mit Freude und Liebe zum Handwerk weiterführt.

Für den Hofladen wurden bisher Brot und Brötchen sowie Kuchen und Kekse von Mittwoch bis Samstag frisch gebacken.

Stellenumfang nach Absprache, ca. 20 - 30 Stunden/Woche, auch Vollzeit möglich.

Arbeitstage und Arbeitszeiten flexibel nach Absprache, bisher überwiegend morgens bis vormittags.

Öffnungszeiten des Hofladens: Mittwoch bis Samstag.

Wir wünschen uns Erfahrung im Bäckerhandwerk, Freude an handwerklichem Backen und Interesse an Bio-Backwaren.

Dich erwartet eine kleine Backstube auf unserem vielseitigen landwirtschaftlichen Familienbetrieb mit Hofladen und Metzgerei, vielfältigem Anbau und Tierhaltung. Wir bieten dir Raum für selbstständiges Arbeiten und eigene Ideen.
