Du bist Bäcker mit Leib und Seele? Verbindest gerne Handwerk und neue Produktionstechnik? Suchst eine Backstube, die Ja zu Dir und Deinen Möglichkeiten sagt?

Das erwartet Dich

  • Du nimmst Produktionsmaschinen in Betrieb, bedienst und überwachst sie
  • Du sicherst den Materialfluss und übernimmst das Verwiegen von Zutaten
  • Du arbeitest mit Deinem Team
  • Du erkennst und beseitigst Störungen und Fehler
  • Du stellst die Backwaren nach festgelegten Rezepturen her
  • Du arbeitest zur Dokumentation mit unserem selbst entwickelten Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Du sicherst die Produktqualität und die Lebensmittelsicherheit

Das bringst Du mit

  • Ausbildung als Bäcker/Konditor oder Lebensmittel verarbeitendem Beruf (z. B. Koch)
  • gerne auch Quereinsteiger mit Berufserfahrung
  • sehr gutes Gefühl für Lebensmittel
  • gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse
