Als „Bäcker/Maschinenführer (m/w/d) in der Lebensmittelproduktion“ bringst Du deine Leidenschaft für das industrielle Backen in Essen ein!

  • Bediene und überwache Maschinen zur Herstellung von Backwaren und stelle eine reibungslose Produktion sicher.
  • Übernehme die Verantwortung für genaue Rezeptur-Einhaltung und qualitativ hochwertige Endprodukte.
  • Koordiniere Produktionsabläufe und arbeite eng mit deinem Team zusammen, um die Bestellungen termingerecht zu erfüllen.
  • Nutze deine Erfahrung und Kreativität, um kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserungen zu unterstützen.
  • Sorge für die Einhaltung aller Hygienevorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards in der Produktion.

### Das suchen wir

Mit deiner beruflichen Erfahrung und deinem Know-how bist du genau die richtige Person für diese Rolle:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker/in, Konditor/in oder in einem verwandten Bereich, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Industrieproduktion oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Backwarenherstellung.
  • Fähigkeit, moderne Maschinen zu bedienen und zu warten.
  • Leidenschaft für Genauigkeit und Qualität in der Produktion.
  • Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung und -abläufen sind von Vorteil.
