## 🛠 Ihre Aufgaben

  • Herstellung von Brot- und Backwaren nach traditionellen und modernen Rezepturen
  • Entwicklung und Anpassung neuer Rezepturen im Bereich der orientalischen Backkunst
  • Musterherstellung nach bestehenden oder neuen Rezepturen
  • Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Versuchen im Labor sowie im Produktionsmaßstab

## 👤 Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Brot und Backwaren
  • Kreativität und Interesse an neuen Rezepturen
  • zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
