Deine Aufgaben

  • Herstellung von Teigen nach Rezeptur und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Bedienung und Überwachung moderner Backöfen und Produktionsanlagen
  • Kontrolle der Backprozesse und Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
  • Unterstützung bei kleineren Störungen und Fehlerbehebungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker (m/w/d) oder erste Berufserfahrung im Bäckereihandwerk
  • Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Arbeitszeiten sowie Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagsarbeit
