Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Brot, Brötchen und Backwaren
  • Vorbereiten und Verarbeiten von Teigen
  • Bedienen und Überwachen von Backöfen und Maschinen
  • Kontrolle der Produktqualität und Frische
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Reinigung und Pflege der Arbeitsgeräte und des Arbeitsplatzes

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker (m/w/d) oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht-, Nacht- und Wochenendarbeit
  • Hygienebewusstsein und Qualitätsverständnis
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
