## Bäcker (m/w/d) – Direktvermittlung

Im Auftrag eines etablierten, familiengeführten Handwerksbetriebs suchen wir ab sofort einen

Bäcker (m/w/d) zur langfristigen Verstärkung des Teams.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Handwerkliche Herstellung hochwertiger Brote und feiner Backwaren
  • Entwicklung neuer Produkte sowie Optimierung bestehender Rezepturen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Rezepturen, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
  • Bedarfsgerechte Bestellung und Disposition der Rohstoffe

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker (m/w/d) oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Kreativität, Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Lebensmitteln und am traditionellen Bäckerhandwerk
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kenntnisse der HACCP-Richtlinien sind von Vorteil
