## Aufgaben

  • Handwerkliche, traditionelle Herstellung von Broten, Backwaren, Croissants und Snacks
  • Zutaten abwiegen, abmessen und nach Rezept zusammenmischen
  • Teigbildungs- und Gärungsvorgänge überwachen
  • Produkte glasieren und garnieren

## Erfahrungen

  • Sie haben idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Bäcker/in (w/m/d)
  • Sie haben idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Handwerksbäckerei
  • Sie haben eine hohe Affinität zu frischen und hochwertigen Produkten
  • Sie sind flexibel, teamfähig und zuverlässig
