## Aufgaben

  • Herstellung von Broten und Brötchen mit hoher Präzision
  • Exaktes Wiegen und Vermischen der Zutaten nach Rezepturen
  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Teigruhe und Gärung zur Gewährleistung gleichbleibender Qualität
  • Verantwortungsvolle Bedienung, Reinigung und Wartung moderner Backöfen und Produktionsanlagen
  • Konsequente Beachtung aller Hygiene- und Qualitätsvorschriften während des gesamten Herstellungsprozesses

## Erfahrungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker\*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in einer traditionell arbeitenden Bäckerei
  • Begeisterung für authentisches Bäckerhandwerk und hochwertige, frische Produkte
  • Teamorientierte, flexible Persönlichkeit mit sorgfältiger und verlässlicher Arbeitsweise
