Für unseren Kunden, eine traditionsreiche und familiengeführte Industriebäckerei mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Herstellung hochwertiger Backwaren, suchen wir ab sofort eine/n engagierten Bäcker/in (m/w/d) . Als Teil des Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für die Herstellung von frischen und schmackhaften Backwaren nach bewährten Rezepturen.

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Teigen und Backwaren nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen
  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Backöfen und anderen Produktionsanlagen
  • Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Hygienerichtlinien
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Variationen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Produktion

## Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker/in / Fleischer/in / Konditor/in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Leidenschaft für handwerkliches Arbeiten und Liebe zum Detail
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb
