Wir stellen uns vor

Unter dem Dach der St. Nikolaus GmbH, eine Tochtergesellschaft der St. Rochus-Hospital Telgte GmbH, ist vor einigen Jahren ein moderner Inklusionsbetrieb gemäß § 215 SGB IX mit zwei Betriebsteilen entstanden. Dazu gehören unser Café Clemens und Café Franz und unsere Bäckerei, die sich im ehemaligen Telgter Bahnhofsgebäude in direkter Nachbarschaft des Cafés befindet. In beiden Betriebsteilen bestehen Arbeitsplätze für Menschen mit geistigen, psychischen und/oder körperlichen Beeinträchtigung.

Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet auf ein Jahr.

Deine Aufgaben - So bringst du dich ein

  • Du stellst leckere Brote, Brötchen und Feinbackwaren her.
  • Du überwachst den Backprozess und bedienst die entsprechenden Maschinen und Anlagen.
  • Du verzierst unsere Backwaren ansprechend und führst eine sorgfältige Qualitätskontrolle durch.
  • Du achtest konsequent auf die Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards.

Dein Profil - Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Du bist idealerweise ausgebildeter Bäcker (m/w/d) oder hast alternativ Erfahrung im Bäckerhandwerk oder in einem ähnlichen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung mit
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und an der Herstellung hochwertiger Backwaren
  • Du bist teamfähig und arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen
  • Du bist belastbar und flexibel und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
  • Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest sorgfältig und zuverlässig
