Stocker´s Backstube GmbH in Lauf an der Pegnitz wurde 1990 von der Hofpfisterei als Zweigbetrieb für den mittelfränkischen Raum erworben und als Tochter in den Unternehmensverbund integriert. Es handelt sich um ein reines Produktionsunternehmen, welches sich in Ergänzung zum Backbetrieb in München bei der Hofpfisterei, insbesondere auf die Herstellung von ökologischen Klein- und Feinbackwaren sowie Lebkuchen und Weihnachtsstollen spezialisiert hat.

Als Mitarbeiter/in der Stocker´s Backstube tragen Sie aktiv zum Umweltschutz bei.

Werde Teil der Stocker’s Backstube GmbH

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Bäcker (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben :

Herstellung von Brot, Brötchen und Feingebäck

Bedienung und Überwachung moderner Backanlagen

Sicherstellung von Qualität und Frische

Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker

Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Freude am traditionellen Bäckerhandwerk
