  • Wir sind die BĂ€ckerei Ziebart – ein regionaler Handwerksbetrieb, der auf QualitĂ€t, Tradition und ehrliches Arbeiten setzt. Bei uns kommt kein Teig aus der TĂŒte, sondern aus echter Leidenschaft fĂŒrs Backen.
  • Damit unsere Öfen weiter auf Hochtouren laufen, suchen wir dich – einen BĂ€cker (m/w/d) , der Lust hat, mit einem Team morgens die Stadt mit frischem Brotduft zu wecken.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung unserer Backwaren nach bewĂ€hrten und neuen Rezepturen
  • Verantwortung fĂŒr Teigbereitung, GĂ€rung und OfenfĂŒhrung
  • QualitĂ€tskontrolle und Einhaltung von Hygienevorschriften
  • Mitdenken, Anpacken, Mitgestalten – hier zĂ€hlt dein Handwerk!

Was du mitbringst:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als BĂ€cker/in oder Berufserfahrung im Backhandwerk
  • Liebe zum Detail – und zum perfekten Brötchen
  • ZuverlĂ€ssigkeit, Teamgeist und einen Sinn fĂŒr Ordnung
  • FrĂŒhaufsteher-MentalitĂ€t (bei uns riecht’s schon vor Sonnenaufgang nach Erfolg 😉)
