## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Teigen, Cremes und Füllungen nach Rezeptur
  • Formen von Teiglingen und Überwachung des Backprozesses
  • Kontrolle der Rohstoffe und Endprodukte (Frische, Geschmack, Optik)
  • Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien und Sauberkeit in der Backstube
  • Reinigung und Bedienung von Produktionsmaschinen (Kneter, Öfen)

## Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Bäcker/in oder vergleichbar langjährige Berufserfahrung, gerne auch in einem anderen Bereich der Lebensmittelproduktion
  • Leidenschaft für das Backhandwerk
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Nacht- und Früharbeit
  • Gespür für Rohstoffe und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige Mobilität wünschenswert aber keine Bedingung
