Deine Aufgaben als Bäcker (m/w/d):

Herstellung von Brot, Brötchen, Feinbackwaren und Teigen

Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

Bedienung moderner Backöfen und Maschinen

Mitgestaltung neuer Rezepturen und Produktideen

Arbeitsvor- und -nachbereitung in der Backstube

Teamarbeit in einem gut eingespielten, kollegialen Umfeld

Das bringst du mit:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Leidenschaft für das Bäckerhandwerk und hochwertige Backwaren

Verantwortungsbewusste und hygienische Arbeitsweise

Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an handwerklicher Arbeit

Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit (Frühschicht)

Erste Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
