Für unsere traditionelle Bäckerei in Ludwigslust suchen wir einen neuen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der unser Team mit Engagement ab 01.07.2026 unterstützt.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns:

  • Ein sicherer Arbeitsplatz in einem traditionellen Handwerksbetrieb
  • Umfangreiche und ordentliche Einarbeitung
  • 5-Tage-Woche
  • Gutes Betriebsklima
  • Bereitstellung von Getränken

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Motiviation
  • Leidenschaft zum Bäckerhandwerk

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Brot, Gebäck und Feinbackwaren
  • Einhaltung von Hygienestandards und Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Bedienung und Pflege der Backöfen und Maschinen
