Wir suchen einen zuverlässigen Ofenführer (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung beim Backen von Brot und Brötchen in bester Vollkornqualität. Du bist Verantwortungsbewusst und Genau? Bist Teamfähig und Zuverlässig?

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem die Überwachung des Backprozesses, Kontrolle von Bräunung, Gargrad und Qualität. Die Reinigung und Pflege der Ofenanlage, sowie die Einhaltung der HACCP Hygienestandards sind selbstverständlich.

Es handelt sich um Nachtarbeit in der Zeit von 19-03.30h.

Wir backen an modernenen Thermoroll- und Stickenöfen und Etagenofen mit Steinplatte. Unterstützen die Weiterbildung intern oder auch extern.

Technisches Verständnis für den Ofen, ist wünschenswert, Interesse daran erforderlich.
