Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuerung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Führung und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden in der Nachtschicht
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Hygiene (HACCP) und termingerechter Produktion
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen
  • Präsenz auf der Fläche als Ansprechpartner im laufenden Betrieb

Dein Profil

  • Bäckermeister (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung
  • Erste Führungserfahrung in der Produktion
  • Organisationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und Teamorientierung
