Stocker´s Backstube GmbH in Lauf an der Pegnitz wurde 1990 von der Hofpfisterei als Zweigbetrieb für den mittelfränkischen Raum erworben und als Tochter in den Unternehmensverbund integriert. Es handelt sich um ein reines Produktionsunternehmen, welches sich in Ergänzung zum Backbetrieb in München bei der Hofpfisterei, insbesondere auf die Herstellung von ökologischen Klein- und Feinbackwaren sowie Lebkuchen und Weihnachtsstollen spezialisiert hat.

Als Mitarbeiter/in der Stocker´s Backstube tragen Sie zum Umweltschutz bei.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort

engagierte Bäckermeister (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben :

  • Sie führen zusammen mit der Backstubenleitung Ihr Team
  • Ihr Verantwortungsbereich umfasst die gesamte Produktion
  • Sie stellen die Einsatzfähigkeit aller Maschinen, Anlagen und Arbeitsmittel sicher
  • Sie planen die Einsätze der Mitarbeiter
  • Sie begleiten und unterstützen die Produktentwicklung
  • Sie bedienen und Überwachen moderne Backanlagen
  • Sie stellen die Qualität und Frische sicher
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie sind Bäckermeister (m/w/d)
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bäcker idealerweise als Vorarbeiter (m/w/d)
  • Sie besitzen eine zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sie besitzen Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sie haben Freude am traditionellen Bäckerhandwerk
