Das erwartet Dich

  • Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf
  • Du überwachst den Materialfluss
  • Du überwachst die Arbeitsabläufe bei Deinem Team
  • Du erkennst und beseitigst Störungen und Fehler
  • Du sicherst die Produktqualität und die Lebensmittelsicherheit

Das bringst Du mit

  • Berufserfahrung und Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe
  • sehr gutes Gefühl für Lebensmittel
  • Überblick und Teamführung
  • Ausbildung als Bäckermeister (m/w/d) oder Industriemeister - Lebensmittel (m/w/d)
