Die Bäckerei & Konditorei Voigt GmbH sucht zur Verstärkung ihres Teams ab sofort einen Bäckermeister (m/w/d).

Nach einer entsprechenden Einarbeitung soll diese(r) als Backhallenleiter (m/w/d) eingesetzt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie entwickeln und stellen Brot, Kleingebäck, Feinbackwaren sowie Backwarensnacks her.
  • Sie führen und leiten unsere Backhalle.
  • Sie erstellen Dienstpläne und überwachen die Produktionsabläufe.
  • Sie verantworten die Qualitätskontrolle und -sicherung unserer Backwarenprodukte.

Ihre Voraussetzungen:

  • Ausbildung zum Bäckermeister ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Personalführung und -weiterbildung
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Kreativität und Innovationswille
