Buscamos Agentes de SAC B2B para atender as agências de viagens parceiras da HotelDO. Nesta posição, você será o ponto de contato técnico das agências afiliadas, responsável por analisar e resolver processos de cancelamento, alteração e reembolso de reservas aéreas. A função exige domínio de sistemas GDS — Sabre e Amadeus (serão testados) — e dos portais de companhias aéreas, interpretando históricos de reservas (PNR), conduzindo tratativas voluntárias e involuntárias de bilhetes e prestando suporte técnico junto aos fornecedores.

É um papel analítico e de relacionamento: você lida com resolução de problemas, negociações e retenção de clientes, sempre garantindo uma experiência positiva às agências parceiras.
