As a fine-dining Manager at The Bancroft, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• •Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staffing.
• •Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment.
• •Maintain excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• •Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, communication, and a strong work ethic.
• •Exude a high level of hospitality to our guests and employees.
• •Hire, train and develop new hourly team members.
• •Optimize profits by building sales and assisting with the control of food, labor and beverage costs.
• •Provide FOH leadership and direction to all team members - coaching in real time.

Requirements:

• •Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• •Strong leadership and communication skills
• •Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• •Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• •Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staffing
• •Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology
• •Craft cocktail, wine and beer knowledge a plus
• •Ability for stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
