Job Responsibilities

Process, sort, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing postal mail in a timely and accurate manner.

Coordinate and manage courier and delivery services, including DHL, SF Express, and other local courier providers.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels of operational supplies and ensure accurate inventory records.

Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and service performance records.

Track and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure service standards are consistently met.

Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly within established turnaround times.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and service providers.

Job Requirements

At least 2 years relevant experience

High diploma or above

Detail oriented, organized, quality focused and results driven

Customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Able to work independently, self-directed, highly motivated

Desire to work in a fast-paced, professional, team-focused environment
