As a Staff Nurse you will ;

• •Ensure specialist stoma care service is provided within the hospital.
• •Clinically manage patient pathway in collaboration with members of the multi-professional team.
• •Support patients through their journey.
• •Act as a resource for healthcare professionals and others involved in the delivery of care to this group of people.

To succeed as a Staff Nurse- Stoma Specialist in our Ward you will ;

• •Have a registration with the appropriate governing body and have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC.
• •Have post-registration experience.
• •Be an excellent communicator and team worker – plus be flexible and motivated.
• •Have the ability to fully understand each patient’s needs and provide individual attention.
