Für eine internationale Bank in Düsseldorf suchen wir ab sofort Unterstützung im Bereich Wertpapierabwicklung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Wertpapiergeschäften
  • Pflege von Konto- und Depotdaten
  • Überwachung von Fristen und Vorgängen
  • Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen
  • Bearbeitung schriftlicher und telefonischer Anfragen

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bank- oder Wertpapierumfeld von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
