You’ll work on significant Chapter 11 proceedings, distressed transactions, workouts, and creditor-related matters across a range of industries. The role combines strategic legal advice with hands-on drafting, negotiation, and case management. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, business stakeholders, outside counsel, and other legal professionals to develop practical solutions to challenging financial situations. Your expertise will help clients manage legal and commercial risk while navigating high-stakes restructuring decisions.
