Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Banquet Hall Servers to provide exceptional food and beverage service during events such as weddings, conferences, galas, and private parties. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a professional appearance, and ensures guest satisfaction through attentive service and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffet, etc.)
• •Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner
• •Clear tables, remove dishes, and maintain cleanliness throughout events
• •Ensure guest needs are met and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• •Follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures
• •Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service flow
• •Breakdown and clean up event areas post-function
• •Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and dress code requirements
• •Handle last-minute changes or requests with professionalism and flexibility

Requirements

Qualifications:

• •Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred but not required
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• •Team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
• •Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• •Responsible beverage service certification (if serving alcohol) is a plus
