Banquet Server

Description

Responsibilities:

• •Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
• •Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner, adhering to club standards.
• •Assist with the preparation and plating of food items as needed.
• •Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing tables and removing used dishes and utensils.
• •Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
• •Handle special requests and accommodate dietary restrictions with care and attention.
• •Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service during events.
• •Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events.
• •Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

• •Previous experience in banquet serving or a similar role is preferred.

• •Must be at least 18 years of age.
• •Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• •Physical ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
