The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is clean, stocked, organized, and operating efficiently. This role assists with product preparation, restocking supplies, and maintaining sanitation standards to ensure a smooth and exceptional guest experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• •Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• •Knowledge of basic bar operations a plus.

Skills & Knowledge

• •Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• •Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• •Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• •Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor preferred.
• •Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• •Understanding safety, sanitation, and proper chemical use.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• •Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• •Clean and maintain the bar area, including counters, sinks, floors, and equipment.
• •Remove trash, replace liners, and maintain recycling and disposal areas.
• •Assist with receiving, organizing, and rotating beverage inventory.
• •Refill ice bins and maintain proper ice levels throughout the shift.
• •Cut garnishes and prepare basic bar prep items.
• •Assist bartenders with service needs during busy periods.
• •Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company policies.
• •Report any equipment or maintenance issues to management.
• •Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
