Top Shooters is a fast-paced, high-volume sports bar in Columbia, IL with a full kitchen and full bar. We’re hiring reliable, hardworking Barbacks to support our bartending team and keep service running smoothly.

This entry-level bar job is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and being a key behind-the-scenes player in a lively bar environment. No experience needed, we’ll train you!

What You’ll Do

Support bartenders during service by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized

Change and stack kegs, restock ice, beer, and liquor

Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and service stations

Assist with opening and closing duties according to company standards

Remove trash, restock supplies, and keep service flowing

Help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

What We’re Looking For

Must be 21+

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Able to lift at least 50 lbs, stand, and move throughout shifts

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

Pay & Schedule

Base Pay: $10.00/hour + tip-out

Average Total Pay (with tips): $15–$20/hour

Job Type: Part-Time

Shifts Available: Day, Evening & Weekends
