We're looking for a friendly, dependable Full-Time Barista to serve great coffee and exceptional customer service at our café inside Michigan Medicine's Brighton Specialty Center .

Position Details

💲 $17–$19 per hour

📅 Monday–Friday

🕖 No nights or weekends

🩺 Full-time position

📍 Michigan Medicine – Brighton Specialty Center

What You'll Do

Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages

Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude

Operate the register and handle transactions accurately

Stock, clean, and maintain a welcoming café

Help with light food preparation and daily café operations

We're Looking For

Friendly, energetic, and reliable team players

Coffee or food service experience preferred (but we're happy to train!)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
