Picasso Restaurant Group | Michigan Medicine – Ann Arbor, MI
- Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Position: Full-Time
NO NIGHTS! NO WEEKENDS!
Picasso Restaurant Group is looking for an energetic, dependable, and experienced Opening Barista to join our team at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor!
We are seeking someone who enjoys early mornings, loves making great coffee, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment.
Responsibilities
Open the café and prepare for daily operations.
Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages.
Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Set up and stock beverage stations, displays, and supplies.
Operate the register and accurately process transactions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Previous barista experience required.
Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a 6:00 AM start time.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy café environment.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
