We are currently looking for a regular part-time Barista to join the team! This is regular/permanent position, not a seasonal role and must be able to work weekend and closing shifts .

What we are looking for someone who can:

• •Use a "guest first" mindset when making decisions to prioritize duties
• •Demonstrate a high level of customer service
• •Bring a positive attitude to create a rapport with customers and build teamwork
• •Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
• •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Company guidelines and Health Department requirements
• •Able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holiday shifts
• •Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
• •Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
