PROFIL:

  • Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
  • Hervorragende Wein- und Getränkekenntnisse
  • Freude am Verkauf und an der Beratung unserer Gäste
  • Teamspirit & Stressresistenz, wenn`s mal rund geht
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Wertschätzende Umgangsformen gegenüber Gästen und Mitarbeiter:innen

AUFGABENGEBIET:

  • Einsatzgebiet an der Hotelbar und im Bistro, allerdings auch in den restlichen Outlets möglich
  • Kreation exzellenter Cocktails - von Klassikern bis zu raffinierten Signature Drinks
  • Kompetente Beratung unserer Gäste
  • Fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken - mit Inkasso
  • Seminar- und Bankettbetreuung
  • Mise en Place, Sauberkeit & Überblick behalten
