Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation & Service

• •Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to luxury standards.
• •Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks.
• •Provide personalized recommendations to guests and create memorable beverage experiences.

Bar Operations

• •Set up, organize, and maintain the bar before, during, and after service.
• •Monitor and manage stock levels; assist with ordering and inventory control.
• •Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• •Minimize waste and follow portion control procedures.

Guest Engagement & Upselling

• •Engage with guests professionally and courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• •Upsell premium beverages and suggest pairings to enhance guest satisfaction.
• •Stay updated on industry trends, cocktail innovations, and beverage knowledge.

Compliance & Safety

• •Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
• •Promote responsible alcohol service and verify guest age where required.
• •Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• •Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as a Bartender in high-end, fine-dining, or luxury hospitality.
• •Expert knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and mixology techniques.
• •Experience with luxury guest service and F&B operations preferred.
• •Good communication skills; fluency in English required.
