Requirements

This position requires the following:

• •Prior bar tending experience is required
• •Confident and highly social personality
• •Knowledge of spirits, bar tending, and drink-making
• •Knowledge of Latin American spirits a plus
• •Greeting and welcoming guests
• •Ability to move quickly and efficiently
• •Maintaining complete knowledge of all food and beverage items including specials, their prices and availability
• •Walking guests through our menus and daily specials
• •Accurately take orders
• •Accurate money handling, processing credit card transactions, basic math skills
• •Basic knowledge of POS software
• •Ability to communicate well with others
• •Positive, team-oriented attitude
• •Other duties as assigned by management team
