Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Bartender at the Cambria Nashville Airport hotel, where you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and skilled individual who is passionate about mixology and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards and recipes

- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies

- Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking as needed and minimizing waste

- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies

- Handle cash and process payments accurately

- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

- Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality setting

- Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, beverages, and mixology techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Relevant certifications in responsible alcohol service or mixology are a plus
