Bartender - Wendover

Description

Pay Range : $12.00 per hour +tips

The Bartender mixes and serves drinks to guests and Servers within the establishment. Accepts money and provides change, process debit/credit card transactions, stocks supply, clear tables while maintaining a friendly and professional image.

Essential Job functions:

• •Greet guests in prompt courteous manner and thank guest upon departure.
• •Responsibly mixes and serves drinks, according to the policy & procedure, for servers and guests.
• •Clear off and clean tables after each use and make sure they are set properly.
• •Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of all bar equipment.
• •Maintain an orderly, accurate par level for bar service outlet.
• •Promote positive guest relations.
• •Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• •Performs job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• •Must have excellent alcohol service knowledge.
• •Ability to work with Point of Sale (POS) system.
• •Ability to prioritize and organize, uses time efficiently.
• •Resolve problems using good judgment, displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment, and makes timely decisions.
• •Ability to work well with guests and colleagues.
• •Knowledge of applicable local state and federal health and safety regulations.
• •Actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.
