What You’ll Do

• •Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages consistently and efficiently
• •Provide friendly, attentive service and recommend beverages based on guest preferences
• •Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
• •Verify identification and follow responsible alcohol service procedures
• •Accurately enter orders, process payments, and handle cash
• •Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
• •Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs
• •Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties
• •Follow health, sanitation, and vessel safety procedures
• •Work closely with servers and crew to ensure smooth service

What You Bring

• •Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or event setting
• •Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• •Friendly, guest-focused attitude and professional presentation
• •Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills
• •Ability to maintain accuracy and composure during busy service
• •Comfort working aboard a moving vessel
• •Ability to carry items up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs safely
• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods in indoor and outdoor conditions
• •Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
• •Ability to work 2–5 hour cruises, with occasional shifts up to 12 hours
• •Willingness to complete required alcohol service training
