Why This Role?

• •Batcher position based out of Dalby.
• •Hourly rate: ranging from $35.03 to $37.90 depending on experience.
• •Overtime: time and a half after 8 hours, double time after 10 hours.
• •45 to 55 average weekly hours, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work as needed.
• •Enjoy daily variety with batching support, loader work, stock take, and yard duties.
• •10-day comprehensive training program for all new starters.

Position Duties:

• •Batcher in charge
• •Operating the front-end loader (loader experience preferred).
• •Completing stock takes.
• •Performing pre-start checks.
• •Yard duties which include general site maintenance and housekeeping.
• •Staff rosters and allocation of duties.
• •Supporting purchasing activities.
• •Ensuring safety and quality procedures are followed at all times.

About You

• •A current Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• •Good computer skills; SAP or batching experience beneficial but not essential.
• •External operator experience for maintenance or heavy TFRs (preferred but not essential).
• •Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• •Ability to adapt to change quickly and follow processes and procedures.
• •Safety‑first attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean, presentable truck.
