The Battery Changing Operator supports QVC and helps maintain safe, efficient operations by ensuring they change, charge, and ready all Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) batteries for use.

Where You'll Work

• •This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Florence, SC facility daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
• •Schedule: 3-on-3-off 6:00pm - 6:30am

What You'll Do

• •Change, charge, and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) batteries while keeping the battery‑changing area clean and operational.
• •Operate different PIT equipment including fork trucks, TSPs, PEs, RRs, RCs, scissor lifts, boom lifts, one‑person lifts, and electric floor sweepers.
• •Help with basic facility repairs and help maintain the appearance and functionality of the building.
• •Support general housekeeping, trash removal, and recycling across all facility areas.
• •Help with indoor and outdoor facility events.
• •Follow all company safety and security procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

What You'll Bring

• •High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training.
• •Current MHE certification for all required Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment.
• •Work overtime, nights, and weekends to support operational demands.
• •Repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• •Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and maintaining an organized work environment.
• •Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow established procedures.
