## Deine Mission

  • Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche und komplette Projektkalkulation
  • Dir obliegt die Beurteilung und Prüfung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen, der Massen- sowie die Leistungseinschätzung samt Kostenermittlung
  • Dein Fokus liegt in der Erstellung von wirtschaftlichen Angeboten und Auftragskalkulationen
  • Aktiv gestaltest du Vergabeverhandlungen mit
  • Du übernimmst die Chancen- und Risikoermittlung, erkennst Nachtragspotentiale und scheust auch vor der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen für funktionale Ausschreibungen nicht zurück

## Unsere Vision

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder ähnliche Qualifikation gerne mit mehrjähriger Berufs- / Baustellenerfahrung in Infrastruktur- / Brückenbauprojekten
  • Ausgeprägter Ehrgeiz sich in komplexe Aufgabenstellungen einzufinden
  • Gute iTWO Kenntnisse, branchenspezifische EDV-Anwender- sowie sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Selbständige verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise, hohes Kostenbewusstsein, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Sorgfalt und Engagement
