## Das machst du

  • Du koordinierst Teams und Nachunternehmer für Kernbohr- und Betonarbeiten.
  • Du prüfst Freigaben, Bestandsmaße, Baupläne und die technische Ausführbarkeit.
  • Du planst Termine, Kapazitäten, Gerüste, Hebebühnen und Baustellenlogistik.
  • Du sicherst Qualität, Termine und Arbeitsschutz und dokumentierst die Leistungen.
  • Du erstellst Aufmaße und stimmst dich mit Bauleitung, Fachplanung und Auftraggeber ab.

## Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung im Bauwesen, zum Beispiel als Polier, Vorarbeiter, Bauleiter, Meister oder Techniker
  • Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Bauplänen
  • Organisationstalent, klare Kommunikation und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie sicherer Umgang mit Computer und Tablet
