  • Leitung und Überwachung von Bauprojekten im Rohrleitungs- oder Tiefbau
  • Führung der Mitarbeiter sowie Koordination der Nachunternehmer
  • Projektdokumentation und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Erstellung von Aufmaß und Abrechnung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Akquise und Entwicklung überzeugender Lösungsvorschläge für unsere Kunden
  • Qualitätssicherung und Terminmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer Normen und Bauabnahmen
  • Verantwortung für Ressourceneinsatz, Infrastruktur und Baustellenlogistik
  • Ihr Profil Sie:
  • sind Bauingenieur oder Techniker im Tief- oder Rohrleitungsbau oder haben in vergleichbarer Position gearbeitet,
  • haben erste Berufserfahrung im Bau-/Projektgeschäft gesammelt,
  • sind EDV-affin und haben idealerweise schon mit Bausoftware (z.B. BRZ) gearbeitet
  • haben Freude daran, Ihre Projekte zum technischen und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg zu führen,
  • beherrschen auch die rechtliche und organisatorische Seite des Projektmanagements,
  • sind kundenorientiert, belastbar und flexibel,
  • schätzen eigenständiges Arbeiten genauso wie die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
