Deine Aufgaben

Abrechnung nach Plan und örtlichem Aufmaß

Erstellen und Prüfen von Mengenermittlungen

bedarfsmäßige Unterstützung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, sowohl in der Kalkulation als auch in

der Bauausführung

Abgleich von Leistungsbeschreibungen und Ausführungsunterlagen, hieraus ableitend Vorbereitung

von Nachträgen

Dein Profil

Studium zum Bau-/ Vermessungsingenieur, Ausbildung zum Bau-/ Vermessungstechniker oder

eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position

Berufserfahrung im Hoch- und Tiefbau wünschenswert

Anwenderkenntnisse in Abrechnungssoftware, Kenntnisse BRZ von Vorteil

selbständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe
