Ihre Aufgaben - Langweilig wird es Ihnen nicht:

  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Produktions- und Qualitätsziele im Schichtbetrieb
  • Steuerung, Überwachung und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Produktionsprozesse
  • Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Produktionsplanung
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung von Produktions- und Verpackungsabläufen
  • Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Führung der Mitarbeiter:innen

Sie bringen mit - Ein Geben und Nehmen:

  • Ausbildung und/oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als Elektriker_in, Industriemechaniker_in oder Mechatroniker_in, idealerweise im Verpackungsumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und klare Kommunikation
  • Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein B und Staplerschein von Vorteil
