Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Durchführung von Wartungen, Reparaturen und Montagen im Gebäude
  • Überwachung und Beseitigung technischer Störungen sowie Mängelmanagement
  • Instandhaltung und Pflege haustechnischer Anlagen
  • Dokumentation aller Arbeiten und Maßnahmen mithilfe moderner EDV-Systeme
  • Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (Inspektionen, Prüfungen etc.)
  • Teilnahme am Rufbereitschaftsdienst im Wechsel mit dem Team

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrik, Elektronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Dokumentationssystemen
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und Kundenkontakt im Gesundheitswesen
  • Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft und internen Weiterbildungen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gehalt & Benefits
  • Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt ab € 3.100,00 Brutto/Monat. Eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Vorkenntnissen ist gegeben.
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit - 38,5 h/Woche, Tagschicht, Bereitschaftsdienst
  • Dienstbeginn: ab sofort
  • Dienstort: 2444 Seibersdorf
