  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Wartung, Instandhaltung und Störungsbehebung an technischen Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen in Hotels, Gewerbeparks und Einkaufszentren
  • Betreuung und Kontrolle haustechnischer Einrichtungen (Elektro, HKLS)
  • Durchführung kleiner Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Laufende Überwachung der Anlagen sowie Dokumentation
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Nutzer vor Ort
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder HKLS
  • oder
  • mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Haustechniker
  • Erfahrung im Facility Management von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Wir bieten
