  • Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden rund um das Thema Wohnbau- und Immobilienfinanzierung
  • Du begleitest Kunden beim Bau oder Kauf ihrer Immobilie – von der ersten Beratung bis zur finalen Umsetzung
  • Du berücksichtigst staatliche Förderprogramme sowie gängige Bauspar- und Versicherungslösungen und bindest diese aktiv in deine Beratung ein
  • Du entwickelst individuelle Finanzierungskonzepte, die optimal auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden abgestimmt sind
  • Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Baufinanzierung und Immobilienkredite
  • Du denkst und handelst unternehmerisch und lösungsorientiert
  • Du bringst eine bankfachliche oder betriebswirtschaftliche Aus- oder Weiterbildung mit
  • Unser Kunde bietet
  • Attraktive Vergütung zwischen 51.000€ und 71.000€ mit leistungs- und erfolgsorientierten variablen Gehaltsbestandteilen sowie Sonderzahlung
